Pete Isber

Pete is responsible for managing legislative and regulatory affairs, covering a variety of employer compliance matters including employment tax payments and major legislative trends, such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He has over 30 years of experience working with state legislatures and Congress, as well as the IRS and state agencies, workforce development, child support enforcement, and municipal tax authorities. Pete has an MBA in Finance from California State Polytechnic University.
John Myett
Director Government Affairs, ADP, LLC
John is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the IRS, SSA, and other government bodies and agencies. He has 30 years of experience managing these relationships and focusing on employment tax compliance with 23 years working for the IRS, most recently as the National Account Manager for the IRS's payroll and practitioner partners.
John earned his Enrolled Agent credential, allowing him to practice before the IRS on behalf of clients. He is also a member of the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC), the American Payroll Association (APA) and meets regularly with his Federal agency associates to propose improvements to employment tax systems, forms, and regulations.
Tom Crowley
Director Government Affairs, ADP, LLC
Tom is responsible for collaborating with government agencies to ensure full awareness of all current and emerging laws, regulations and systems affecting employer reporting. Prior to ADP, he spent nine years working in Washington, DC as Unemployment Insurance Tax Chief for the U.S. Department of Labor and 30 years with the State of Maryland, most recently as Deputy Director of Unemployment Insurance Tax.
Tom has a BA in Accounting from Loyola College in Baltimore and is an active member of the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC), the American Payroll Association (APA) and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA).
Charles Collins
Agency Liaison Director Government Affairs, ADP, LLC
Charles is responsible for relations with state tax authorities on technology and policy matters. He has over 30 years of experience with the North Carolina Department of Revenue as Director and various positions in the audit, compliance and policy areas.
Charles is a member of the National Payroll Reporting Consortium (NPRC), Vice President of the Business Advisory Council, Chairman of the Southeast Association of Tax Administrators (SEATA) Industry Council and a frequent conference speaker on state tax compliance, policy and technology around the world.
He has a BA in Economics from North Carolina State University and an MS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
